We may sound fussy and we apologise, but we know that we will be in a much better position to provide the kind of work
you need done if you read through all our information first, so, ultimately, you end up happy. We're not fussy. We're
friendly, and want the best for you and your business. Surely you do too?
We always direct you to read web design information that is on our site and actually
almost insist that you do, as knowing more about the entire web designing process, our other services procedures,
and how we work, speeds up the
time spent on designing your web, or doing other work for you, and also results in better communications between us,
which ultimately results
in a better end product for you or your business.
We don't want you to not understand something down the line, because we forgot to let you "listen to a two hour voice
recording of everything that's on our sites."

We have designed websites for some clients without speaking to them on the phone at all.
If we had to spend time on the phone everyday repeating the content of what is already on our website and blog,
to each and every person that phones, we would get no work done - this is one of the advantages of having a website: to
direct potential clients, browsers, or window shoppers to information on your website while you get on with
work.
If we're designing a website for you, or doing other work for you, and you send us an email asking why we're
taking so long, we don't want to
send a response that says we apologise for the delay but we've been on the phones all day!
TnT is a small business, and only so much work can be handled at a time. One of your main reasons to phone us would
be to find out WHEN we are available to BEGIN work on a new project you might have in mind. It might be immediately,
it might be next week, or it might be next month - but you can ask us this question in an email too.
