Our 3 payment web design pay plan for South African clients
We, at TnT Web Design, are friendly and helpful.
We understand that many people who want a website cannot afford to pay for one all at once.
Our 3 payment pay plan is only available if you register your domain name through us, and if you host your website with us.
It applies to only sites that are larger than 3 pages.
A 4 page web design, including hosting for a year and domain registration for a year, is R1380.
The payments take place over a period of two months: The first payment is due immediately, the second payment a month later, or slightly longer if the completed site is not yet live within a month of first payment, and the third payment a month after that.
Domain Registration of R100 (renewable yearly) is always payable immediately, once having decided on which homepage template proposal you'd like, or enough alterations have been done to one to please you - for which R200 will also be payable immediately. Regards hosting, if choosing the monthly option of R55 instead of choosing to save R180 by choosing the R480 per year option, the first R55 is also due immediately.
These above prices and conditions also apply to clients who require only 3 pages or less, or who are not taking advantage of our 3 payment plan offer, after which the balance is due immediately upon completion of the site, whether it be as little as just two days later, or as much as a month or so later.
A 3 payment pay plan would therefore look like this (for a 4 page site):
Choosing the R55 per month hosting option:
immediate: R100 + R55 + R200 = R355 a month later (or immediately upon upload if slightly longer than a month): R55 + half of the remaining 3 pages at R200 each = R355 a month after that: R55 + half of the remaining 3 pages at R200 each = R355 Thereafter: R55 per month hosting, and the R100 domain registration renewable yearly
Choosing the R480 per year hosting option:
immediate: R100 + R180 of the R480 + R200 = R480
a month later (or immediately upon upload if slightly longer than a month): R150 of the R300 balance due on the hosting + half of the remaining 3 pages at R200 each = R450
a month after that: the last R150 balance due on the hosting + half of the remaining 3 pages at R200 each = = R450
Thereafter: R100 domain registration is renewable yearly and R480 hosting is renewable yearly
We are also able to help clients not making use of our 3 payment pay plan offer, when it comes to hosting with us: You can pay R55 per month hosting, for your first and second months - but then still choose to take advantage of the R480 per year option by paying either R440 for the remaining 11 months, or R400 for the remaining 10 months (instead of R605 or R550, but may not take advantage of our cheaper hosting cost for the year after that - until a year later, if you like).
Our R1380 price for a 4 page web design once off, domain registration (renewable yearly), and hosting (renewable yearly), is the same as saying we charge
only R115 per month for the first year,
and R48.33 per month thereafter.
We do NOT offer ongoing monthly payment options, however, but do hope that our 3 payment plan option is somewhat of a help.
As with all our sites, any payments not immediately made (within 24 hours of the invoice being emailed) will result in your site being rendered unavailable for public viewing, until outstanding payments have been made.
